  • Do I need a consultation before booking?

    Consultations are available and recommended for select services.

  • Can I book you for our destination wedding or out of state wedding?

    Yes! Any time Essence Behind Beauty Team and I get to spend the weekend with you, is an absolute pleasure. We are happy to go wherever you will be. We can even set up styling for your rehearsal dinner too if we are there the night before your wedding.

  • What kind of beauty products do you use? Are they hypoallergenic?

    Essence Behind Beauty uses for our services high-end brands like Chanel, Bobbi Bobbi, Charlotte Tilbury, Makeup Forever, MAC, Nars, Urban Decay, Ilia Beauty, etc. Please do not hesitate to report any intolerances or allergies to cosmetics.

  • I have sensitive skin, and/or skin issues from pregnancy or post partum, can you handle that?

    Absolutely! We are very familiar with all the skin sensitivities that come from environmental and pregnancy & hormone, and autoimmune issues. We can cover melasma easily, and have the knowledge to work around any skin sensitivity you have. Our kit is stocked with products that are appropriate for all levels of skin sensitivity.

  • Can you come to my house or do you work out of a salon?

    We come to you on and do not have a designated salon space. It makes things more convenient for you and for Essence Behind Beauty. If you need a place to get ready, we can oftentimes book a space for us for an add-on fee.

    Yes, we do. Essence Behind Beauty offers makeup artistry, personal styling, and interior décor consultations in Peachtree City, GA and across the U.S. both in person and virtually. We’re happy to meet you in whichever format best fits your needs.

  • What are your best-selling services?

    Our clients love to select Chic Diversity (TV, Photoshoot, Prom, Special Event) 1 hour 30 minutes @ $135.00. And, the Wedding Makeup 2 hours 30 minutes @ $275.00. If registered, check your email, you probably received a nice coupon!

  • Where can I find luxury makeup artists who provide on-location services in the Atlanta area?

    Our founder is a luxury makeup artist who provides on-location services in the Atlanta area and across the U.S. both in person and virtually.

  • Can I book a personal stylist in the Carolinas who also offers home décor advice?

    Yes, we offer both personal styling and home décor advice. For instance, we provide luxury personal styling and interior decorating services, assisting clients in achieving elegance and sophistication in both their wardrobe and living spaces. In-person styling sessions in the Charlotte, NC area, focusing on transforming spaces to be more inviting and visually appealing.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

  • Can you serve on-demand beauty services for special events in Virginia?

    Absolutely. We primarily serve the East Coast, and we also offer destination makeup services for clients anywhere they need us.

  • Do I have to tip?

    Tips are not included in the services. You do not have to, it is appreciated. You could also write a review as an added thank you.
